1. Where We Ship:
We currently ship to South Africa.
2. Handling Time:
Orders are processed within 0–1 working day. If you place an order after 5:00 PM (GMT+02:00) South Africa Standard Time (Johannesburg), we will process it on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time frames:
Shipping within South Africa
- Standard orders: The estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.
4. Shipping Costs:
- 3-5 kVA Inverters: R120
- Batteries (5 kVA range): R550
- Large batteries (10 kW+): R840
- Very large batteries and combo (14 kW+): R990
- Extremely large batteries (16 kW+): R 1,800
- All other products: R120
5. Shipping Carriers:
Your order will be delivered safely and efficiently through THE COURIER GUY.
6. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.
