How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

When is my order confirmed?
Your order is officially confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from Voltronix SA.
Can my order be canceled?
Yes. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment verification issues, or incomplete customer information.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout South Africa.
Which courier service do you use?
We use RAM Hand-to-Hand Couriers for all deliveries.
How long does delivery take?
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Shipping Time: 3–4 business days
Delivery times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or promotional events.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary depending on the product:
- 3–5 kVA Inverters: R120
- Batteries (5 kVA range): R550
- Large Batteries (10 kW+): R840
- Very Large Batteries & Combo Deals (14 kW+): R990
- Extremely Large Batteries (16 kW+): R1,800
- Other Products: R120
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
I haven't received my tracking number. What should I do?
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at sales@voltronixsa.com.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. Address changes can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@voltronixsa.com.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
What items are eligible for return?
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes. The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn products
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged through misuse
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Are shipping charges refundable?
No. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
