1. What Products Can Be Returned

We accept returns only for new, unopened products. Final sale items cannot be returned.

2. Return Time frame

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Item Condition Requirements

Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@voltronixsa.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products or services. If you experience an issue, we will review it and provide a repair or correction when applicable. By placing an order, you agree to this no-refund, repair-only policy.

7. Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges. To proceed, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
